General Amazon FireTV Stick Issues

1. Go to your Fire TV home screen and Select Settings.

2. Select Applications.

3. Select Manage All Installed Applications.

4. Scroll down to the Merit+ app.

5. Select ‘uninstall application’ and the app will be uninstalled.

Your Merit+ app is now uninstalled. Here are the steps to reinstall the app.

Select your ‘home’ button on your Firestick remote.

1. Navigate to the magnifying glass. This is the search option.

2. Once you’re on the search option, type in Merit+.

3. Select the first Merit+ search.

4. Once you select the Merit+ app, click on the download button to install the app once again.

5. The application will download and then you’ll be able to open the app once it’s finished installing.
